The claim for the new strategy of Decathlon 2018 is #FromAthleteToAthlete. This idea lives on Instagram as a gallery of two photos being the first a practice sport and the second showing the employee in the store.

This strategy gave us the opportunity to show the Decathlon products in use and gave personal feedback from the employees on the products as a recommendation.
Using Decathlon employees provide the brand with an extra value. We empower employees and the consumers see them as athletes and experts in the field.
The employees are the ones that use the products and are experts in the field.The feedback that can provide is accurate because they are the first trying them.
